These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the REDBeet website and the hosting and domain registration services provided by Artnoise Designers LTD, a company based in Sofia, Bulgaria (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Definitions

Services: Web hosting, domain registration, and related services provided by REDBeet.
User / Customer: Any individual or legal entity using the Services.
Website: The REDBeet website and any of its subdomains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Website.

3. Description of Services

REDBeet provides, indicatively:

Web hosting (shared, VPS, dedicated where applicable)
Domain name registration and management
DNS management
Related internet services

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services where reasonably necessary.

4. Account Registration

The user agrees that:

They will provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.
They are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
They are fully responsible for all activity under their account.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the Services for:

Illegal activities
Distribution of malware
Spam or bulk unsolicited email
Copyright infringement
Content violating EU or Bulgarian law

REDBeet reserves the right to immediately suspend services in case of violation.

6. Domains

6.1 Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and ICANN where applicable.

6.2 Customer Responsibility

The customer:

Is responsible for timely domain renewal
Is responsible for the accuracy of WHOIS information

REDBeet is not liable for domain loss due to failure to renew.

7. Payments & Billing

All prices are displayed in [currency].
Services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in service suspension.

7.1 Refunds

Refunds are provided only where explicitly stated in a specific package or promotion.

Domain name fees are generally non‑refundable after registration.

8. Service Availability (Uptime)

The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by:

force majeure
third‑party failures
scheduled maintenance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artnoise Designers LTD shall not be liable for:

data loss
loss of profits
indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate services if:

the Terms are violated
payments remain outstanding
required by law

Customers may cancel services at any time via their account.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Artnoise Designers LTD processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian and EU data protection laws.

11.1 Processing Roles

The Company acts as Data Controller for billing, account management, and communication data.
For hosting services, the Customer acts as Data Controller and REDBeet acts as Data Processor for hosted data.

11.2 Legal Bases for Processing

Processing may be based on:

performance of a contract
legal obligations
legitimate interests
consent where required

11.3 Data Subject Rights

Users have the right to:

access
rectification
erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
restriction of processing
data portability
objection

11.4 Data Security

REDBeet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

encryption where applicable
access controls
firewall and monitoring systems
regular backups

11.5 Sub‑processors

The Company may use third‑party infrastructure providers (e.g., datacenters, registries). Such providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

11.6 Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, REDBeet will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) in accordance with GDPR.

11.7 Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for processing purposes or as required by law.

11.8 Data Breach

In the event of a personal data breach, the Company will act in accordance with GDPR and notify affected customers without undue delay where required.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The competent courts of Sofia shall have jurisdiction.
